  Hope you have downloaded successfully. Now I will guide to increase RAM step by step.
  
  
  A) Install ROEHSOFT RAM Expander, Open, and tap allow granting root access. 
  
  
  

  
  
  B) A warning message will appear at the first time opening of the app. Tap OK
  
  
  
  
  
  C) Now tap on SwapActive to select your external SD card. After a moment, a popup will appear showing a list of memory available on which SWAP will be created for expanding your RAM. In my case 3rd, No is my SD card. Maybe in your case SD card will appear under a different name or different position. Remember that only Class 4 SD card or above is currently supported by the application.
  
  

  

  
  
  
  
  D) A popup will appear confirming your SD card selection. Tap OK
  

  
  
  E) Now you can manage how much memory you need to convert by just tapping on the optimal value or tapping on SwpFile=512MB. (Application Default is 512MB). I need 1024MB so tapping on it.
  

  
  
  
  
  F) By tapping OK it will start creating SWAP file. It will take few minute depending on your SD card performance. Class 10 SD Card performance will be higher than Class 4
