You have a lot of work pressure in these days, and you have to check your all mail account very frequently then you must need to configure a mail client such as Microsoft Outlook. Here is some modern WebMail like Gmail, Yahoo mail, AOL mail, Rediff Mail, the manual configuration shown in bellow with the screenshot for easier configuration.
Before we start to configure Microsoft Outlook we want to know what is Microsoft Outlook and what it does? In very, simple word Microsoft Outlook is mail client tool which includes in the Microsoft Office application package.
A mail client is a software or application which can store, receive, forward or send an email and so on without login into the WebMail like Gmail, Yahoo mail, AOL mail, Rediff mail, etc. A mail client store your mail in both offline and online mode.
Offline mode means you can read your downloaded mail in offline mode or without an internet connection. The mail client will try to synchronize your mail immediately when you are opening outlook after establishing an internet connection, which is the online mode.

I am going to show a step by step screenshot guide how to configure your favorite WebMail into Microsoft Outlook 2013. I have made it very simple for you that you need not be stress to configure. Follow carefully ... !!!
Google mail or Gmail:
Before you continue to setup your Gmail account with Microsoft Outlook 2013 you need to change this setting on your Gmail web settings. Modify this setting available in Standard View Mode only and not available in Basic HTML mode.
Google update their security measures to access Google account on 15 July 2014. Those apps which have basic safety standards they can not access Google account thus Microsoft Outlook also can not access unless you change access to the less secure app. Change this from Here
Now from the start menu open Microsoft Outlook 2013. Click on File tab and click on Add Account.

In the Add account window select Manual Setup or Additional Server Types.
Step 3.
Select POP or IMAP and click next.
Step 4.
In POP and IMAP account settings window type your name in Your Name field. This name will show as the sender name when you send a mail.
Full email address in Email Address field.
From the drop down menu select account type IMAP.
Use imap.gmail.com for the incoming mail server and smtp.gmail.com for outgoing mail server.
Use full Gmail address in the username field and type your password in the password field.
Click on Remember password if you want to enable auto login otherwise you need to provide your password each time when you open Outlook.
Now click on More Settings to change additional server configuration.
Step 5.
In the "Internet E-mail Settings" window go to the Advanced tab and change the following blue marked place with respectively given value. If the outgoing server does not work with 465, then change it to 587. Go to "Outgoing Server" tab in the next screenshot
Tick mark on My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication. Press OK and Click Next.
All done you have successfully configured your Gmail with Microsoft Outlook 2013. You can use the same settings on other Microsoft Outlook Version 2007, 2010, 2016

To configure your Yahoo mail account with Microsoft Outlook 2013 change these settings in the respective value field.

Server Information

Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) : smtp.aol.com

Password: Your AOL mail account password.

Select My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication box

Incoming server (IMAP) Port: 143 for Standard or use 993 for SSL
Select This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)
Outgoing server (SMTP) port: 587

Press OK and click Next. Restart Outlook and Click on Send/Receive to synchronize your mail with Outlook.

Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) : smtp.rediffmail.com

Username: Full Rediff mail address
Password: Your Rediff mail account password.

Select My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication box

Incoming server (POP3) Port : 110
Select This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL) (Optional)
Outgoing server (SMTP) port : 25
Set the encryption type SSL or TLS (Optional)
Press OK and click Next. Restart Outlook and Click on Send/Receive to synchronize your mail with Outlook.

Microsoft Live or Outlook or Hotmail:
To configure your Microsoft Live or Outlook or Hotmail account with Microsoft Outlook 2013, you need not set manually just put corresponding information in the desired field in Your name, Microsft email Id in the E-mail field and give the password and retype to confirm the password. Click on next and your account configuration will be successful.
