How to protect MS Word document:

                 Where security is the matter of concern for all your hard work that you have done need to protect from unauthorized access. With the latest version of Microsoft Office package you protect your document in a various way. There is few quick option available in MS Word which obviously help you to protect your Microsoft word document. To find and use this setting click on File from the upper left menu and under the info tab click on Protect Document and choose what method you want to apply to your document to protect your document from unauthorized access. In my view, Encrypt with Password is the best method to protect a document from unauthorized access.

Selection Tips:

                  We all know that CTRL+A select all the content of a document but here are some more selection tips which might be very lesser known to all. Do you know that Double left click on a word can select the word and Triple left click on a word select the whole paragraph for you?


                  Check it also that pressing SHIFT+F5 at the same time will move your cursor at the last save position of your document.
                   We all know that CTRL+B and CTRL+I will do Bold and Italic the selected word but here a solution to Bold or Italic a whole sentence quickly. Click on a word while pressing CTRL will select the whole sentence.
                   Pressing CTRL+SHIFT+> and CTRL+SHIFT+< will respectively increase and decrease your selected word or paragraph font size.

Testing Tips:

                  You just want to check the page formatting, font, etc. Typing =rand(5,5) and then pressing enter will automatically generate a random text of 5 paragraphs each containing 5 sentences.
                 Typing =lorem(5,5) and then pressing enter will generate and replace typing place with lorem ipsum sample text.
Note: You can change the number according to your need. First 5 for paragraph and second 5 for sentence count.

Some common Unicode or ASCII character codes:

                  We often need to use our currency symbol €, copyright © or trademark ™ when writing a document. What do we to do the job complete? We store the character set in a document and then copy the character and paste to complete the job. But you can do the same job easily by pressing key combination from the keyboard. Here I have included some daily useful key combination for Unicode or ASCII character set.

Find and Replace:

                  Sometimes we need to find and replace a word or sentence or an image, Microsoft word provides easy find and replaces option for all your need.
                  Finding image manually on large document can take a lot of time when you are finding them one by one page but if you save a copy of that document in Web page HTML format then it will create a folder with document name and all your image will be in the folder differently along with 3-4 other files, ignore the other files.

How to do multiple data cut-paste at once?

                   Microsoft Word processor has another interesting option which let you do move multiple selections of word or sentence or paragraph to a new location either in the same word document that you are working or to an another word document at once. Regular cut paste by CTRL+X and CTRL+V move the selected data for a single selection as the clipboard remember only one selected data and overwrite when another data selection made.
                   But pressing CTRL+F3 on the selected data one after another Microsoft Word remembers all the selected data which to be moved. To move the remembered data to a new location just locate your cursor to the paste location and press CTRL+SHIFT+F3. All done you have completed moving the cut data to a new location.

                   MS word makes taking note is easier than before with this simple tricks. Now your MS word document can act as a simple paper sheet like as where you want just write. Double click anywhere on a word document and your cursor will blink there immediately and ready to taking note.

How to make horizontal line easily on an MS Word document?

                  Sometimes you need to create a difference in a paragraph with a horizontal line, pressing three hyphens --- and then pressing enter will create a horizontal line on your Microsoft word document.
