How to create an Internal Email signature in MS Outlook 2013
Create an Internal email signature in MS Outlook 2013 is easier than create an external email signature in MS Outlook 2013. Open your Microsoft Outlook and follow this steps.
- Click on “File” from the menu on the upper left
- Click “Options” to open options window of MS-Outlook 2013
- In the options window clicks on “Mail” from the left side menu.
- Click on “Signatures” to open Signatures window.
- Create a new Internal signature click on “New”.
- Type your Internal Signature name and click “OK”.
- Write signature content for your Internal email signature and Format text with your style.
- Click on “Save” to save your Internal Email Signature.
- Press “OK” to exit from “Signatures” window.

- Click the red square “Icon” beside “Business Card”.
- An image selection window will open. Select your “Image” file from destination source and press “OK.”
